What this work is — and is not

Coaching, mentoring and healing work supports you in making your own decisions and changes. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment or financial advice, and it does not replace any of them.

If you are dealing with a mental or physical health condition, please keep working with your doctor or therapist. I am glad to work alongside them; I cannot work instead of them. Nothing here is a promise of a particular outcome — what you get from this work depends on what you bring to it.

Booking and payment

Sessions are booked and paid for at the time of booking. Prices are shown on the sessions page and include any tax due.

Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours' notice. Inside that, the session is charged in full. The full policy is on the cancellations page.

Writing and audio on this site are mine, and are for your personal use. Please don't reproduce them elsewhere without asking — asking is usually all it takes.
