    Thirty minutes, so I can hear what’s going on in the house, what’s concerning you, and what you want this home to be. Bring me your questions too.

    Share your home

    Photos of each room and a short video walkthrough.

  3. Step 3

    I read and clear

    I read the house and the land it sits on, and I clear what’s stuck. You don’t need to be there, and you don’t need to do anything while it happens.

  4. Step 4

    The Home Energy Map

    Room by room: what I found, what I cleared, and what to do next.

  5. Step 5

    We talk through it

    Another thirty minutes. I take you through what I found, and we go through anything in the report you want to ask about.
