Cancellations

If you need to cancel a session, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations inside 48 hours are charged in full.

This is not about being strict. A session is time held only for you, and inside two days it cannot usually be offered to anyone else.

If something genuinely unavoidable happens, write to me at hello@georgiedurcan.com — I would always rather hear from you than not.

To move a session rather than cancel it, use the reschedule link in your booking confirmation email.
